Runners Strength Class
Class Details:

Duration: 12 weeks of training.

Frequency: Choose either the Tuesday or Thursday class, with 1-2 sessions per week.

Session Length: Each session is 1 hour.

When: January 16th- April 4th

Days and Times: (Pick from times/days)

Tuesday Class: 6am, 7am, 8am

Thursday Class: 6am, 7am, 8am

Location: Our sessions will be held at our garage gym located in Roseville, near Maidu Park.

Class Size: Limited to 4 athletes per session for personalized guidance.

Cost: $325 total for the full 12-week program
